Gingerbread Man Records is a record label created by Ed Sheeran. The label was launched in August 2015 alongside its accompanying YouTube channel.

In March 2015, Sheeran revealed he was setting up a record label, Gingerbread Man Records, which is a deal with Warner Music Group. He told Nova FM: "I've set up my first record label, it's called Gingerbread and [British singer-songwriter] Jamie Lawson is my first signing. I wanted Australia to be the launch pad because Australia is a country that I feel would really really dig Jamie." Sheeran said although it is early days, he is hoping to bring a lot of new acts in.
